A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of the booking. Cancellations made within one week of the booking start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Please bring a valid ID, provide proof of valid automobile insurance (required for LSV rentals), ensure the liability waiver is signed, and complete a brief equipment orientation prior to departure.

Renters must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

⚠ DAMAGE & LIABILITY AGREEMENT – GOLF CARTBy renting this Golf Cart, I understand and agree that:I am fully responsible for all damage occurring during my rental period.I am responsible for injury to persons or property caused while the cart is in my possession.I am responsible for tickets, towing, cleaning, late fees, and loss-of-use charges.If the cart is lost, stolen, not returned, or totaled, I will pay the full replacement value.Golf carts lack many automobile safety features and operation involves risk of serious injury or death.I assume all risks associated with use.I release and agree not to sue the Owner for ordinary negligence (to the maximum extent permitted by law).☐ I acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility and liability for this rental.⚠ DAMAGE & LIABILITY AGREEMENT – LOW-SPEED VEHICLE (LSV)By renting this Low-Speed Vehicle, I understand and agree that:I am fully financially responsible for all damage, loss, or injury during my rental.I am responsible for citations, impound, towing, loss-of-use, and related fees.I must maintain valid insurance covering LSV/NEV vehicles during the rental period.If the vehicle is lost, stolen, seized, not returned, or totaled, I will pay the full replacement value.LSVs operate on public roads and lack many safety protections found in automobiles.I assume all risks of operation, including serious injury or death.I release and agree not to sue the Owner for ordinary negligence (to the maximum extent permitted by law).☐ I acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility and liability for this rental.
